At Kumalma, our mission is to bring the soothing essence of tranquility into every home through our hand-poured wood wick soy candles. Founded by Jaimie Lynne Quant, a former corporate professional turned licensed esthetician, Kumalma embodies the spirit of resilience and passion for craftsmanship. Our candles, inspired by the Tagalog term kumalma, meaning "to calm down," are more than just products; they are vessels of light, carefully blended with love and intention.
Driven by a desire to explore and create, Jaimie transitioned from the corporate world to pursue her passion for beauty and wellness, ultimately finding solace in the art of candle-making. Since 2020, we've proudly served over 3,000 customers and participated in more than 40 events. But beyond these numbers, it is the meaningful connections forged with our community that truly enrich our journey.
With each flicker of our candles, we aim to ignite moments of peace, reflection, and joy, fostering a sense of harmony amidst life's chaos. Kumalma is more than just a brand; it is a beacon of light guiding you towards moments of calm amid the storm.
