Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Orders that are placed during warmer seasons, orders will be shipped out only on Mondays-Wednesdays to avoid candles sitting in the heat.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at hello@kumalma.com with your order number.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. You will need to submit an insurance claim through USPS.

 

We are not currently able to offer international shipping (including Canada) but hope to soon!
