Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to. Email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number at hello@kumalma.com and we'll be happy to take care of you as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for packages or items lost or stolen once delivery is confirmed by USPS. You will need to submit an insurance claim through USPS.
